She showed me different beads and things she could put together. Then she kept in contact while she was getting supplies and how it was coming along. Excellent excellent customer service. The piece came put together very well. Highly recommended!

hi, I’m sorry I didn’t see this sooner. Did you manage to untangle it? In the 15 years I’ve been making these, no one has ever reported it getting tangled. did you try holding it on one end and shaking it out? Let me know if you need more assistance.

Custom and personalized orders
I gladly accept custom orders. All of my designs can be made according to your requirements. You can choose leather color, seed bead colors and charms. If you see a design that you like but want to add more or less strands, this is possible as well. These items are not refundable or returnable.
Sizing details
Exact wrist and ankle measurements are extremely important for wrap bracelets and anklets. Please see individual listings for instructions.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I package orders in an organza bag.
Wholesale availability
I welcome wholesale orders. Please contact me for more information.
Earring Returns
For sanitary reasons, I do not accept returns on earrings.
Peace of Mind International Shipping
You can now order with confidence internationally with peace of mind shipping. The shipping service used is EcoPost. It is an expedited service and includes online tracking until it reaches it's destination and includes insurance for lost or damaged packages. It takes approximately 7-10 business days but expect delays (approximately 6 weeks) during the holiday season and bad weather. This is due to high volume at customs and local post offices. We are not responsible for delayed packages and do not refund for this reason. We will do everything we can to locate your package during any delays and keep you updated with tracking information.

These bracelets/anklets are customized just for you, including size and materials. For this reason, wrap bracelets and anklets are not refundable or returnable.
Orders returned to seller by USPS/other postal carriers
If an order is returned to me due to the wrong address, I am not responsible for packages sent back to me. I do not refund but arrange to resend the item at the buyer's cost.
Men's And Unisex Bracelet Shipping
Standard shipping is shipped via international airmail. It does NOT include shipping in insurance. It takes 14-21 business days to arrive.
Express Shipping includes tracking and insurance for loss (not delays) and takes 7-14 business days.
